We’re teaming up with our good friends at VegFest UK to offer you the chance to win a pair of tickets to VegFest at London Olympia on Sunday 28th September.

Here at FFF, we love the concept of VegFest as it presents a perfect opportunity to learn about healthy eating in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere. The overall attitude towards veganism in the UK has changed for the better over the last few years, as many of us are now a bit more conscious of how and where our food is sourced, and are looking to abandon bad eating habits for more healthy options.

You can look forward to lots of samples and freebies, and your chance to meet experts and watch cookery demonstrations. There’ll be lots of nutrition and lifestyle talks taking place over the weekend, alongside children’s activities, comedy performances, and some fantastic live music to boot. It really is a great opportunity for all the family to learn about healthy and ethical eating, and to and have a bit of fun at the same time. Make sure you get down there early and have enough time to fit everything in.
