Amazing Accommodation Options at Porthleven Food & Music Festival

If you love festivals but the thought of Glastonbury or V now fill you with trepidation but you still enjoy the overall experience, you may want to visit a smaller, more family-friendly event.

Beautiful Porthleven in Cornwall is hosting their annual food & music festival for the tenth year and it is the perfect balance of: picturesque scenery, great music and artisan food. They’ve also given us some great accommodation options if camping just isn’t your thing.

The Festival brings around 30,000 people together in and around the stunning harbour port of Porthleven with national and international chef's theatre, food stalls, street food, music day and night and entertainment for all.

The campsite has level ground access and includes access to showers & toilets. This option is just £9 per person per night.

You will be allowed 5 x 5 meters of space per camper van, but water & electricity hook up is not available. £15 per night.

Shire Huts

These glamping pods are also handcrafted in the heart of the Cornish countryside using ‘waney’ timber (planks which feature the original curve and bark of the tree). They are made by local joiner, Ali Mikail at his secret workshop deep in ancient Cornwall, and constructed from scratch following Ali’s own
design. The artwork, by Paul Fullman, includes stained glass windows.
