Food Celebration

Food celebrations are events organised to celebrate particular local produce. Such examples include the Whitstable Oyster Festival, which Prince Charles attended in 2013, and the Alresford Watercress Festival in Hampshire, where eating as much watercress as possible was a central attraction.

Food celebrations can also be nationwide events, such as the British Food Fortnight and Farmhouse Breakfast Week.
