Street food

Street food markets are where vendors group together to sell some ready-to-go food and drink from a set public place. Stalls vary hugely so there’s often a real mix of cuisines from around the world, and events like these two are usually tightly packed with sights, smells, tastes and the sounds of live music and DJ sets.

If you’ve never tried street food, then have a look at The Telegraph’s run down of the top 10 London street food vendors, and Time Out’s guide to some of the top London street food markets.

If all of these events seem to be London-centric, then never fear as there’s always plenty more markets popping up throughout the country. Keep an eye on Food Festival Finder and we’ll keep you up to date.

Please note, only festivals from today's date are shown below.

Urban Food Fest

Shoreditch is a sure bet this season, as the weekly evening food festival takes over the high street for a bit of culinary night magic.
